Returns
You may cancel your order with us at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day from the date you receive or collect the goods. We will refund the order in full on receipt of the goods to our address in the condition they were in when delivered to you or collected by you.
At our discretion, we will endeavour to refund the full amount of the goods (not delivery) up to 90 days after purchase and 75% of the value of the goods if the order is over 90 days, providing it was a stock item ordered. If a year has passed since the invoice date, no refund will be made.
Please inform us by email with your full name, address, contact details, order number and part details for return. If you have received or collected the goods before you cancel, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
