We can ship and deliver to mainland UK. Most parcels will be sent DPD next working day and will be £15 Inc. VAT
ROI (Southern Ireland) £25 NO VAT
Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands & Highlands £25 Inc. VAT
Isle of Wight £42 Inc. VAT
Please be aware our deliveries can have more than one parcel per delivery and are up to 30kg.
We normally despatch on Tuesdays & Thursdays but we may be able to send on a day or your choice if required.
For small parcels we may use Royal Mail to the UK which we charge £6.60 Inc. VAT
UK Wide Pallet Delivery
We include delivery within stove retail prices, or alternatively we can offer 10% discount and charge for delivery depending which works out best for the customer. We use a local courier company that is part of a UK wide network. Most pallets will be sent at a cost of £78 Inc. VAT on a 48hour working day service.
Personal Stove Delivery
For local customers, we can deliver ourselves. We include delivery within stove retail prices, or alternatively offer 10% discount for customers who collect from our premises at Castle Farm, Marshfield, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 8HU.

Please check the contents before accepting delivery.
Sign as damaged if the package is damaged or torn.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours, by email with pictures.
Collection Service
For local customers you are welcome to collect orders from our premises during our opening hours which are Monday – Saturday 9-5, excluding bank holidays.
Please note delivery costs may vary on our Jotul Group Spares website.
Orders placed from countries outside of the UK will be considered. Please contact enquiries@knight-stoves.co.uk with as much information as possible.
